After going through the STEM School program how did you find the experience?


The STEM School program was an amazing six-week journey. I explored computer programming, robotics, electronics, web development, and AI, gaining hands-on experience that solidified my passion for STEM. The internship at Ethiopian Airlines provided real-world insights. The program emphasized 21st-century skills, making it a holistic learning experience.


Did it change how you think about science, math, technology or aviation?


Absolutely! The STEM School program has reshaped how I view science, math, technology, and aviation. It moved these subjects from abstract concepts to practical tools for solving real-world problems. The hands-on experiences and aviation internship showcased their impactful applications, emphasizing their interdisciplinary nature. Now, I approach these fields with excitement, seeing them as dynamic tools for positive change and innovation.


What's the most important thing you learned from the program?


The program taught me the crucial importance of applying STEM skills in real-world situations. Hands-on experiences and an aviation internship highlighted the practical use of skills in various fields. This focus on real-world application has motivated me to contribute meaningfully to innovative projects.


How might the program help you in school or in your life?


The STEM School program has directly impacted my academic and personal life by providing practical skills and a comprehensive understanding of STEM disciplines. What skills that you got during the program do you use now?

What was the most fun or exciting part of the program for you?


The most exciting part was the experience in robotics where I got to build and program robots. The thrill of seeing them in action and applying what I learned in a tangible way was truly exhilarating.


What would you like to do next, with the skills learned at the 6 week program?


I plan to contribute to innovative projects, explore further education in STEM, and actively pursue opportunities that allow me to make a meaningful impact in the dynamic field.
