Young people entering a digitalised workplace must do so either with a higher level of skill and training provided by education or must find employers willing to invest in this provision.
One area where this need is perhaps most urgent, given the increasing reliance on technology, is increasing capacity and capabilities in crucial disciplines such as science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM).
